A pet will be your friend in the most difficult of times. It's not easy to acquire one, however.

Level 15, starts in Gludin Village, start NPC: Pet Manager Martin.

  1. Talk to Pet Manager Martin . Depending on your race he will have you kill a different kind of spider.
  2. Human. Kill Giant Spider , Talon Spider and Blade Spider on Talking Island to collect Bloody Fang x50 .
  3. Elf. Kill Crimson Spider , Hook Spider and Pincer Spider in Elven Forest to collect Bloody Claw x50 .
  4. Dark Elf. Kill Lesser Dark Horror , Dark Horror and Prowler in Dark Elven Forest to collect Bloody Nail x50 .
  5. Orc. Kill Kasha Spider , Kasha Fang Spider and Kasha Blade Spider on the Idomitable Plateau to collect Bloody Kasha Fang x50 .
  6. Dwarf. Kill Hunter Tarantula and Plunder Tarantula north of the Mithril Mines to collect Bloody Tarantula Nail x50 .
  7. After you get 50 fangs, return to Pet Manager Martin . He sends you to talk to several NPCs.
  8. Go to Gludio and talk to Gatekeeper Bella .
  9. Go to Dion and talk to Guard Metty .
  10. Go to Giran and talk to Jeweler Ellie .
  11. Return to Pet Manager Martin . He asks you questions having to do with what Gatekeeper Bella , Guard Metty and Jeweler Ellie said.

To Obtain a Pet

To receive a pet, you must earn the approval of Pet Manager Martin in Gludin Village. He says that you must have love for and knowledge of animals to prove that you deserve a pet. He asks you to return to your hometown, eliminate all animal killers and return to him.
